Quad exhaust for M-Tech2 bumper

This is a short story of making my quad exhaust for M-tech2 bumper.

My plan was to put a crosspipe behind the diffuser with 4 exhaust tips, similar look as the M3.
Ok, let see what happened:

Very first I had to cut down the ugly double tip, then the lower support of the rear bumper, just because the CSL look diffuser has not enough space there:

Now fit:

Dismount the exhaust:

Few parts prepared:
Flanges, 63/76mm cone, crosspipe endplate, sample angle for the tips...

The outside diameter of the crosspipe is 76mm, and it has not enough space between the diffuser and the spare wheel housing. So I had to grab hammer...

First I was thinking on replace this part with this:

But finally I didn’t want to cut the plate.

We had to make 2 holders for the crosspipe, for positioning:

Here are the fixing points on both side:

First test on the car with the diffuser:

Tips are ready in the right angle, half cones welded together:

We had to connect the crosspipe with the flange:

Done:

We had to modify the end of the crosspipe, because touched the diffuser:

On the car…:

...with the diffuser:

I had to cut out a small part from the diffuser, because the pipe had not enough space behind:

Then all four were cutted out:

Positioning with the crosspipe:

Crosspipe was cutted out behind the tips, and each tips welded on it only at 2-3 points:

Finish welding, then polishing:

Done:

Finally mounted, waiting for the glossy black finished diffuser:

At the end we cut the holders from the crosspipe, then we made an exhaust hanger to the right side, and some cosmetic cut from the diffuser was done.

The result:
