E92 M3 "Performance" trunk spoiler on an E46 M3?

Does it fit? What does it look like on an E46 M3? I like that it's bigger than stock, and it has a similar trajectory/shape to the E46 CSL trunk "duck tail" look.

Also, are there any other E46 trunk spoilers that have a similar shape?

I have seen one somewhere. Let me see if I can find it.

EDIT: I can't find it but my point is yes it has been done.
My opinion is that it doesn't work well with the lines of the E46.
