Natural Focus/Memory Supplements

anyone have experience with brain enhancing memory/concentration supplements?

been feeling a little sluggish and slow, had a friend rave about these pills called Get Smart a few years back. picked up these today at the vitamin shoppe (without doing any research) for 15 bucks, person there recommended em.

My Ride: nothing
Do you sleep enough, workout often, and eat well. If yes then look into something. If not fix those things.

Natural Focus/Memory Supplements

Funny I was looking into the same. Do some research into racetams. There is a nootropic stack on Amazon called NZT or Limitless that is expensive but has good reviews.

I am supplementing ALCAR, ALA, and Focus Factor.

Check your diet and what you eat. Be sure to get enough sleep at least 8 hours of actual sleep.

Eat seafood (especially oysters for the Zinc) and nuts/seeds, supplements alone won't do it. You need to fix the root of the problem. Is it a life style issue? or something else.

this past summer (and life) took a toll on me. combination of drinking, drugs (nothing too hard), and eating crap have put me in a less than optimal state, physically and mentally. i'm potentially going back into a corporate type setting for work, so I need to sharpen up big time. slowly working up to a exercise regimen but could use a boost to improve my mood, memory, and brain function.

Natural Focus/Memory Supplements

Focus Factor is decent. I only take half of the recommended dosage. This amount is enough to get some people buzzed and jittery, but I don't feel any such things.
