I drive as safe as possible ,since I bought my own car my parents treated me to ///M performance driving school so I drive the car as safe as I can, but I do drive it like it wants to be driven most of the time

We are very similar.

I bought mine at 18 cash 18.3k tax/tag/title etc.

Alpine White / Imola Red, Coupe, 6MT, clean title etc, 78.5k miles.

How did I do it?

Worked a steady job 30 hours a week since 17, once I turned 18 I worked about 35 hours and was also promoted to manager where I made more money. I also traded a **** load of BAC and CAT back in 2011 right after I turned 18.

Tl;dr have a decent job making better money than anyone my age, minimal living expenses, mediocre stock trading ability.

Not really difficult

Also spent over 4k in maintenance in my first year to get the car in great shape, still have thousands more to spend too! Totally worth it though.

Probably Australia or something.

However, keep in mind their minimum wage is about 2.5x the US federal minimum wage.

Minimal wage means nothing...the avg household income in Australia is lower than ours. They just have higher taxes for luxury cars.

Bought my car earlier this year when I was 23 (now 24), paid 4k cash down and financing the rest

15k loan, 4.6% APR, 5 years, ~4.5 years to go

Also have the M3 as a weekend car on my insurance policy which helps with my premium (drive an accord as my dd)

I had my first e46 m3 at the age of 26 which I had a loan out to buy I was a fresh grad at that time.. now I am 30 and I am on my 3rd e46 m3 and this one is paid off (still had a loan for it) but my loan was very small and I really only got it to help build my credit and could have bought it outright if I wanted.. I was dumb when I was 18 with credit cards.. but I learned my lessons with credit and bills and, I now own my m3 outright and my truck with no issues.. only thing I have a payment on rather than normal stuff like cell, and power bill is my home.. I feel fortunate.. I hope nobody thought this is a brag fest its not.. its just an answer to the question. im sure tons are wayyyyyyy better off than I am or ever will be lol

heck to be honest at 28 I purchased a 2006 f430 Ferrari.. lol it was a heat of the moment omg I can actually afford one and I did buy it.. a month later I tossed it on ebay and a guy flew up from Miami to buy it cause my reality set in on what I just did, and was like ok I can have this car but that's all ill ever have for like 20 years!!.. the guy after I picked him up from the airport looked at it drove it for like 15 mins, went to my bank and paid 140K cash for it... no joke, flipped out like a drug cartel brown paper sack full of 100's and I mean stack of them!!.. (total movie style lol) then I took him back to the airport and he flew back to Miami.. a trailer picked up the car like 2 days later and took it to him.. my payment on it was 1800 a month not counting insuance, and heaven knows what maintence was going to be!! yeah a week after buying it I was like ohhhhh crap I need a house first.. I was lucky I sold it and I actually made out.. I owned one for a month, never made a payment on it cause of selling it so fast! and I sold it for almost 100 dollars more than my loan payoff was and the money I put down.. so essentially I was paid 100 dollars to drive a Ferrari f430 for a month.. hahahhah.... but sad part was the guy who flew here to buy it I bet wasn't 23-25 years old.. where the heck did I go wrong in life ya know!!??

I kinda like the fact that kids can own these cars cause odds are they will wreck them and they will end up at the auction. https://www.iaai.com/Vehicles/Vehicl...oadRecent=True so many goodies on this one, can't wait for it to go off!
