Thanks guys!

When I first started lifting I really worked upper body "bro style" haha. Even still, if you haven't seen my chest days, they're are pretty intense.

Re: Post up your numbers

Age: 21
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 188

I haven't done any 1rm in quite a while but here's what I've been finishing sets with recently.

Bench: 265 x 4
Squat: 315 x 2
Seated barbell oh press: 185 x 3
Pullups with 35lb plate: 6
Seated db oh press: 75lb dumbbells x 5

Before i cut last my bench was at 265 x 6 and it's taken me quite a while to get back close to that. I haven't deadlifted in quite a while because of an old back injury, it's just not worth the risk.

I feel like my shoulders are so weak

My shoulders have always been weak. I could thank my shoulder surgery for that. Mobility is my biggest issue with that... Even 4 years later

Mixing it up a bit:

Currently training and competing as an Olympic style Weightlifter (with Army physical training in the way).

Age: 27
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 215 (105kg)

Snatch: 214 (97kg)
Clean and Jerk: 275 (125kg)
Deadlift: 495 (old and hasn't been tested over 6 months)
High Bar Back Squat: 406 full depth (below parallel)
Front Squat: 365

Plan to cut down to 94kg class.

Thanks. Maybe it's just my perspective. I've got a big (6' 1" or 2" 225lb) buddy that LOVES shoulder day. He puts up 130 dbs for seated overhead press for like 7-10.

I'm kinda excited to have hit 225 for 3 on the incline bench today though. Yesterday he hit 315 for 4, makes me feel little and weak, lol.

Post up your numbers

Age: 33
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 150 lbs

Deadlift: 325 lbs
Squat: (raw) 305 back squat.
Bench: 285 or so
OH Press: no idea.

Haven't done a legit OH press in forever. I suck at it.
Have t tried to max on bench in months. Last time that's what I hit.
Haven't done a heavy dead lift in months also, but last time that's what I did I think. Maybe a lil more can't recall.

Personal target is 2x body weight for bench and squat, and lift body weight on power snatch, while still running sub 10' mile and a halves.
I need to buckle down and start working out more consistently again.

Nope. That's all I weigh. Can't gain a pound if I don't workout. Stop working out and the weight falls by the day. Most I've ever been was 160. Good times, but I wasn't fast.

And Thanks.
