Do you guys get the leg shakes?

Did legs yesterday, and realized lately I've been getting more and more leg shakes towards the end of my workout. My last couple sets of calf raisers make me look like Michael J Fox. Is this "normal"?

I guess I'm just curious why its soooo much more pronounced with legs, as opposed to arms or anything else. Maybe because you're using your legs immediately after (walking around), so you feel it, whereas your arms typically get a rest just hanging at your sides essentially?

Good point. I know if I do pushups as a burnout-finisher, I have a REALLY tough time getting off the floor

The only time I regret getting a manual is after leg day.

I thought the same thing, so I got an automatic car. Now it suuuuuucks having to hold the brake at a stoplight, otherwise you lurch forward!

I used to work out at this powerlifting/strongman gym where you basically weren't allowed to have a weak leg day. So I'd go in there, do legs, and end up shifting like a 15 year old with a learners permit on the way home. I'm very glad to walk to/from the gym now.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

:rotfl: I've had the same shifting problems too!

Almost kicked over my motorcycle on more than one occasion trying to leave the gym after leg day!

Yup, I had trouble shifting before after a workout..Actual spams have always been linked to dehydration for me.
