What's this M3 really worth?

Quick question before I give the dealer a call, obviously don't know condition of the VANOS/SMG etc.

Based on year/km/interior colour.

What should I offer?

Bare in mind the car is in Vic, I'm in WA thus will be purchasing the vehicle un registered.

Also allowing 1400ish for interstate delivery.

TBH I don't like the interior but I could fix that at a later date, I do have emergency funds to the total of the cost of the car already.

Looking for a project.

Thank you.

I was gonna do a point form of issues with this car but there was to many so I thought that one sentence would have prevented me in writing up a essay

Wouldn't offer anything over 15k. Looks like a money pit.

crazily expensive for that mileage. It would want a full service history and be confident it hadn't been mechanically molested...

You will be buying the vehicle registered and you can drive it around anywhere in Australia for 3 months or until rego expires. You will then have to register the vehicle in WA.

There are other private sale M3's around the 30'ish price range that look a lot less dodgy than that one. Some even have lower kilometers.

If you are willing to shop interstate I've seen much better examples quite frequently. Do you have your heart set on SMG?
