Well, this is it. Driver's seat was sanded and sealed last night, actually this morning, at 2am. I am going to let it sit until tomorrow night just to give it an extra day to set and dry.

I put the passenger seat together 24 hours after clearing, and while it is holding up completely fine, the bottom/back of the seat did stick a tiny bit... i could feel/hear it when i put my fingers in between the seat. nothing separated, but since this is the driver's seat i'd rather get that extra day or so.

front door panels were cleared on Sunday, put back together yesterday, so those are good to go

tonight i'll be sanding and clearing the rear panels... those are the only pieces left that need clear. should take less than an hour to complete, those are easy and the clear coat dries in about 3 minutes

Hell yes!

Did you recline them as much as possible to get the dye alll the way into the cracks and folds between the seatback and bottom? I found this helped minimize it sticking and cracking like you mentioned, especially after I unbolted the seatback and raised it off the seatbottom during the entire process.
