Glights new workout log

Well, I was banned from the crossfit message board where I had been logging every workout I'd done for over 4 years, so it's time to start a new log somewhere so I figured this was a good place for it. Let the logging begin

Just turned 32. 5'10" and approx 210

10.1.2013

Front squats
Warmup
205x5 every minute on the minute for ten minutes. Brutal. Could have probably made it through another 4-5 minutes at most. Pretty happy with this since I did the same thing but for 8:00 a while back and it absolutely crushed me.

Did a 3 mile run right after at right around an 8:00 mile pace
