Bench Press off the pins (each rep from a dead stop right at chest height)
135x10,10,10
165x7,7,7
185x4,4,4

Conditioning
Every minute for 10 minutes
First 5 minutes 5 burpees / 10 30lb slam balls
Each additional minutes alternate adding one to each
So
6/10, 6/11, 7/11, 7/12, 8/12

Would try to do this again going as long as possible but I probably only would have made another minute or two at most..

2.5 mile run - 20:00

Got up to 155 today with the complex. For some reason I'm scared to go quick under the bar on the squat clean and I clean it up dip under and slowly go down. Also, my stupid heels come up a bit.
