Not sure if anyone has seen this yet, but if you haven't, you should. It's a phenomenal film about bodybuilding and preparing for the 2012 Olympia. It's centered around Phil Heath, Kai Green, Dennis Wolf, Branch Warren, Ben Pakulski, Hidetada Yamagishi and Roelly Winklaar. Much of it centers around the rivalry between Phil Heath and Kai Green, which has continued through to the 2013 Olympia where Phil and Kai were the top 2 again.

The production of it was expertly done. You do honestly feel like you're watching a dramatic film, not a documentary. It leaves you to make up some conclusions about what really is the right way to do things, and what does and does not work. A lot of genetics vs effort, scientific vs traditional. Pretty cool.

It's in select theaters right now. There was only one theater here in MN that had it. Fortunately, it was located 18 miles from my house. If it's nowhere near you, you'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD.

The best thing about it is the perspective it gives. Each bodybuilder has a different philosophy and approach to how and why they do what they do. You as the viewer are left to form your own conclusions, and it seems like every person that watches it winds up identifying with one guy or one philosophy. I tend to identify a lot with Branch Warren, while one of my friends really liked Kai Green.

You also see how hopeful but unrealistic some of the competitors are like Roelly Winklaar and Ben Pakulski, who are no where near the level of the top 10 guys (in 2012 anyways).

It's playing in specialized theaters. Go to movie's site and see where it's playing.
