I can only hope that as you grow up you'll eventually realize the importance of function over form. Personally, I think OEM 18" or 19" wheels would look better. But hey, I guess its all personal preference.....or I'm just getting old

Which is faster, you think? An M with 20s, or my 328i with 16s?

I just drove a buddy's M yesterday...2005 I think. Nice car, but, I think you guys would be very upset were we racing to find me pretty close behind. Next spring, when the dragstrip opens up, I'm hoping some M with 20s comes for the fun. Don't worry, I'd let you win!

Anyway, if I had an M, I'd put 16s on it so it would beat every other M...like a boss.

Also, living in snow country, I need a gap as I like to be able to steer the car...and some of you, it sure seems, if you drive in snow would build up so much ice in the wheel well that steering could get limited . But I'm old...what do I know!

Another con: They will make your stock brake rotors look REALLY small.

Dont do ittt, I had 19s on my last car and I thought that was terrible. Large wheels make our cars feel like a piece of ****.
