You're right. Either we would be overrun by now or they would have Impeached him like they did the last WHITE DEMOCRAT PRESIDENT. Only this time, the vote would be to remove him.

Why not try their name if you want a reason? Oh, that would require thought? I forget, they are nothing but gun toting racists, like the black man MSNBC kept showing with an Uzi at his side, only they showed just enough to show the gun but not his race.

For the thinking impaired, here are some open captions

Taxed
Enough
Already

Gives you TEA party. I guess that is too hard to digest or understand from someone who can only see race.

Still waiting for someone to tell me what is in the current CR that is worth keeping kids from Cancer trials, denying the families of service members their death benefits, or keeping our WWII vets from seeing their monument before they die.

You will hear all sorts of race baiting, blather and BS but you will not hear one Democrat or Liberal address this.

If the GOP had the combined IQ of a hamster, that is the question they would be asking every day. Obama is blessed with not having any grown up opposition.

You're right. There's nothing worth keeping kids from cancel trials or preventing vets from seeing their monuments before they die. Scrap the bill. Fvck it. Right?

Conversely, what in the bill is so bad that is worse than keeping kids from Cancer trials, denying the families of service members their death benefits, or keeping our WWII vets from seeing their monument before they die?

How are taxes today compared to historic rates? Are they at or near historic highs? What increases in tax rates have we seen lately that would prompt this repulsion to taxation?

Slavery was an ages old exploitation of labor. It's nowhere near the same as a new law aimed at trying to get everyone insured. There is no correlation. Your analogy is about as imperfect as it can get.

I wasn't trying to. Nobody else here is either. You're trying to turn this discussion into something else. Quit trying to change the subject.

Is the average American paying more in taxes now than ever before? Are they paying more than they have in a while? How do these "how much you pay in taxes" numbers compare historically?

Capital gains are not anywhere near historic highs even WITH the increase to 20% and the 3.8% surtax.

http://www.taxpolicycenter.org/taxfa....cfm?Docid=161

All of the rest are state/city/municipality based taxes so they have no basis in a federal discussion. In any event, you are the one who brought up the above article about 90% tax rates, so try to keep on the same topic.

Oh, and on top of that, the average state and local tax burden is lower now (9.9%) than it was in 1977 (10.3%).
