Do you think any of these might also fit:

The FX-R are significantly bigger than the Mini:

The Matchbox is even smaller than the Mini:

I don't think the FX-R will fit for foglight use.

FXR will not fit there. You can also look for Bosch mini projector. I know mango and someone else has them installed to the back of their M3 fog lights.

^I used to have the blazers but have since returned to OE ZKWs with aftermarket front glass (OE glass was pitted) for its simplicity

Cool, thx for the reply Mango, I'll def check them out. Are the Blazers 3" lens? Also, will they be a straight fit (wishful thinking ) or will I be doing a lot of modification? I've checked tons of places and haven't find any that'll do the trick since most projectors out there have 2.5" diameter lens. I'm posting a couple of pics of my OEM fogs for reference.

I am working on this too. I want to upgrade my fogs to projectors.

I figure a sealed unit is required and have been looking at different options.

Looking at these then putting them behind the stock lens and mount for appearance.

The only downfall modding projectors into oe housings is, most of the time you lose the ability to vertically adjust the beams. I was going to retrofit matchbox projectors in but didn't see an easy way to utilize adjustment.

I think you could. If you can put the new projector into the housing you retain the original housing mount/adjustment points. The downside I see is you would need a smaller projector, 2.5" at most.

Basically hole saw the back of the OEM housing and fit the whole body of the projector in. It could be epoxied and finished.

After all there is no solenoid for HI/LOW and you could use a fixed shield for light dispersion

My main worry was not enough being dissipated through the housings then melting or distorting
