What are your current ailments/injuries?

currently my lower back seems to get super tight as soon as I start working out (feels great throughout the day though), I woke up with a sore right shoulder (hope it's just from sleeping weird), and behind my right knee feels a little discomfort after doing squat cleans last week. Pretty minor stuff but still really annoying.

Lower back & left elbow. The latter has been a real issue...keeping me from finishing some workouts.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

I had some elbow issues last year but they went away quickly.

My back made me have to stop last night though. 10 minutes after I work out I don't even feel it but when I am working out it gets so tight. I don't get it. I'm getting a massage on Wednesday. Hopefully they can work out some knots.

Try some acupuncture. My fianc***233; lower back would kill her, she'd complain every day. Massages would help her for about a week or 2. She has done 3 sessions of acupuncture and hasn't complained in about 2 months

No real injuries but my legs are super sore this week from squats/deads.

Every once in a while I'll screw up my form on either squats or deads and my lower right back right above my hip will scream with pain for a few days.

I feel like it's a lack of rest on my part. I'm going to go easy on the lower back the next week. No deads, no squats, kb swings etc. I'll sub some stuff and see how it goes.

Left elbow is complete garbage, seriously limits my ability to do pulling exercises. My ankle still bothers me but that's just because I'm old and I broke it when I was old. My feet hurt after doing heavy squats, my knees are garbage.

I am a complete mess but it is all manageable/bearable.

my right shoulder has been hurt for the past 6-7 weeks. i keep working through the pain, but i'm starting to think that i should just leave it alone and let it heal. it's held back the weight i can put up on all press exercises

Not work out related but I broke my left arm just above the elbow when I was a kid. Till this day it's not strong as my right arm.
This restricts me from doing pull ups/chin ups or lift heavy.
I keep it below 100lbs for every rep and I am good. I can bench upto 130 but nothing more than that. Anything above my left arm gives up.i know it's ****ed up but still it doesn't keep me from hitting the gym to keep myself in shape.
Good luck Dyllos.

Nothing too bad at the moment. I have been pretty lucky to remain injury free with all the sh!t I put my body through. My left shoulder has been a little sore but its not impacting strength and the pain hardly registers.

Tweeked my right wrist doing shoulder press yesterday, thought the bar was racked on both sides but wasn't on the right, almost dropped it, I probably should have because my wrist doesn't feel so good today.

I think so. Mine is gone now but when I front squatted a lot last spring it was kind of annoying.

Re: What are your current ailments/injuries?

Right shoulder: injured 2 years ago, now only acts up during intense shoulder workouts, or gets a bit sore throughout the day after shoulders.

Forearms: possible tendonitis from about 2 months ago. Not too bad now as long as i don't hit much for barbell curls, but still acts up occasionally.

Lower back: slipped disc about a 10 months ago. Can't do any substantial weight for bent over rows or deadlift (i don't even risk it). Hopefully i can work them back in soon though.

Right knee: it's like it's afraid of leg day. Only sore when i wake up on squat days. I pay attention to it, but always squat through it. Might get knee wraps soon...

It all sounds worse than it is...
