Still this left clavicle. Becomes sore after work outs, and when I wake up in the morning.

Re: What are your current ailments/injuries?

Ed - do you go to a chiropractor ever? If so tell him that your shoulder is bothering you. Mine has been working on my shoulder the last few times I've been in there and I can't believe how much better it feels already.

Right knee is bothering me two days after squats, not happy about this as my knees are garbage to begin with.

Do you go to parallel or lower? My knees used to hurt after when I'd go to parallel, now I go much lower and pain free.

I do go below parallel I've just had bad knees since I was a kid. I try to pay extra attention to my form because of it.

Left patella bugs me a lot and left anterior deltoid likes to act up often, but some ice usually calms that down.

Quick question, somewhat on topic: if you're feeling slightly under the weather, like a cold may be coming on, do you say "screw it" and work out anyways? I can't remember the last time I was sick--not counting, of course, when I get gluten in my system by accident (celiac disease). Didn't get enough sleep over the weekend, she was worth it, but I think it's caught up with me--I'm a total pvssy when it comes to losing out on rest.

I would try to workout but I'd probably half ass it. Still better than skipping I think.

Yeah, I'd probably be more annoyed with myself if I didn't go. Plus, maybe the endorphins will help out.

Thanks

Btw, about the patella thing. I started using one of those straps (for "jumper's knee") that provides support just below the knee cap. I kept getting this weird/quick sharp pain in my knee when doing burpees--nothing crazy, more of a nuisance. Just a note, in case anyone else has had this issue. It seems to mitigate it for me.

Only after a car accident ...haven't had one in a year
*knock on wood*

The shoulder was really bugging me for almost a week
Finally feel better, not 100% but not enough to stop me from doing anything

Pain over my knees have been greatly reduced
I use the rehband knee sleeves everytime i go to the gym, not just on leg days
Plus I do a lot more warming up before doing squats

Pulled my left hamstring badly in a soccer game. Rested for 3 days, will see how it goes with DLs and squats tomorrow. I might skip the gym today to get an extra rest day.
