thank you guys for all advices,vents will go asap with new fenders,
m bumper and wind deflectors will stay,i have m-tec 2 rear bumper with m3 diffusor, m-tec 2 side skirts and quad m3 exhaust to fix soon as I can,

will keep bbs

BBS... no comparison needed. You should add OEM E46 M3 mirrors to your list, really streamlines the look. If you are keeping the deflectors get rid of the chrome trim so it looks less obvious. Glad you addressed the removal of the vents. Why get new ones? Just plug them and repaint them, unless of course you get new ones for cheap.
