My Ride: E46 M3 Manual
High protein, low carb, and high fat. Why low fat? Nuts, whole eggs, and olive oil are full of fat. What am I missing?

My Ride: E46 M3 Manual
It was tricky, I did eat carbs 2 hours before working out and right after working out. But that was not enough. Needs to be spread around the day, making my breakfast 40% carbs works well. Getting at least 150-200g of carbs on workout days is crucial.
