busy this week and my shop is very busy as well.
looking to changed my vanos with besian seals

if you know 100% you can do this with out any issues i will pay you.

cake as in its expensive, or cake as in its not that hard. im pretty mechanically inclined, i just dont want to F up a critical component of my engine

If you have about 30-40 minutes to take the Vanos off/reinstall it and another 20-30 minutes to clean it. It's simple and straight forward. I'd do it for you, but you're not upstate.

Do you know how to do the valve cover gasket and remove spark plugs? In addition to that you just have to unbolt the vanos, take out the pistons, install seals and reverse order. I used this guide when I did mine

Should be no longer than 3. It only took me about 30 minutes to clean/rebuild the Vanos unit itself.

I did mine on my 323Ci when I had it and took me no longer then 3 hours, and that was with replacing the valve cover gasket.
