1. Douchebag who left the note will never come forward after realizing he was utterly wrong
2. I would probably assume the same thing after seeing his modded 335, but I too would feel ashamed being wrong.
3. His wife is damn hot.
4. How the hell does he drive if he's paralyzed?

Good question!

My friend in a wheel chair has a special van with hand controls. Obviously he has money so I guess his BMW was modified like a van would be.

All though I do believe thousands of people abuse the handicap parking, i would never write a note. There are 2 guys here at work, that both park in the handicap spots. Im not sure what they have, but they both smoke and are able to climb 2 flights of steps up and down many many times a day, at least 16 times, to smoke. I just think if you are able to do that then you are able to park 20 more feet away in a regular spot and give the spots to people that really need it.
