I have no problem agreeing with some liberal ideas. But this is not some fantasy. Our society today is proof that humans have the ability to work together and improve themselves. Why? Money.

You talk in broad brushstrokes with very little concept of the granular execution of your ideas. Not to mention that you seem to think you are above average, or exceptional, given your age which statistically speaking, you are most likely not either of those.

The system of government you so dearly advocate for seems to be one of dictatorship....if a Libertarian became POTUS, he/she would not have all of the power to do away with 90% of the government with the stroke of a pen. They would have to work within the same structure as a Republican or a Democrat.

No, add about 5 more years to mine to get his age.

Edit: I see above. 6 years.

I'm 29.
So you don't think there is even the slightest chance that I'm more intelligent that the average kid my age?

And trust me, I'll be changing the way Congress operates first.

So 11 years. That doesn't really put you into an entirely different generation unless you were to conceive a child at age 10.

We are in the same generation and I'm not sure what conceiving a child at 10 has to do with anything, lol. However, I am not Lucy from the story below quite like you seem to be.

Money?

I hope you're trolling.

Ever heard of ambitions, goals, desires, taking care of others? Money only exists so as to be a unit of exchange for goods and services...that was created by humans.

I find it funny you think that it is human greed that inspires cooperation in society.

Ah forget the kid thing. Just a point that we are in the same generation. I've read that story before and I'm certainly not Lucy. Those kids disgust me.

Maybe money was the wrong word to use. What I meant was the desire to improve one's life and the lives of the people they care about.

Greed spurs capitalism. Capitalism helps everyone.

Marsh, something to think about...

"Money is money, and the more you have, the more the market eagerly responds to your every whim. To believe that paper or electronic money is real wealth, rather than simply a coupon that may be redeemed for goods and services of real intrinsic value, confuses illusion with reality."

Oh don't worry about me. I have my priorities straight and my life isn't entirely about making the most money. But my point was in reference to the fact that money allows you to improve your life and that is why people work so hard for it. But you are correct, money should never run your life. If there is one thing I've learned, you can't take it with you.

How do you plan to reform congress from your mythical seat of power?
