It was just a point about the character. All he did was introduce me to the idea.

Well this is going to be tough because Congress will oppose me every step of the way, but I will change the rules concerning their campaign donations, make them work more, lower their salary, and make sure that they are directly affected by any policy they pass.

I Didn't Know I Was a Libertarian

Who has the authority to single handedly enact new legislation?

Not very libertarian of you to make more laws...

I'm not single-handedly enacting legislation. I'm keeping Congress. But wouldn't you agree that Congress needs to be changed? How do YOU propose we do it?

It would shrink the government, make it a ton more efficient, allow you to reduce however much you want, and be the best thing for preventing more laws from coming back.

I would think that it makes perfect sense to you.

I wonder if Marshy is as boisterous in person as he is online.

Doubt it, I bet he's that quiet kid in the corner that keeps to himself. The internet is the only way he can express himself

So why do they go to work for the government? It's definitely not the protected jobs, the higher than average salaries, the unions, the privileges, the opportunity to get rich through corruption, etc.

I actually love to get into heated discussions with people all the time, especially in class.

That's just it. I'm allowing people to make their own choices. Would you like the government to run your life for you? Are you that inept?

So because I have faith that I can run a business well I'm entitled? I certainly didn't have Lucy's parents.

I think it's more than some. Government work is some of the easiest and least strenuous.

wait,

Why does Marshy want to join the government by becoming a politician when he wants to get rid of it?

I try not to. I use statistics a lot. I'm actually a bit more into debates when I'm having them in person. You should hear some of my rants.

I'm not fully getting rid of the government. Try to keep that in mind everyone.
