So I just came home to have lunch with my girl. Dosnt look like anyones home so im going to wait till tom to speak to someone. So I pretty much realized I probably wont be getting along with my next door neighbor, he asked me if I wanted to rip down my old fence and split a 4' wire fence (he wants a low fence so its not "obstructive"). FYI I applied for my gate permit last month, I will be putting up a brick wall around my house, and a gate, in the spring.

Find the most expensive quote you can for a wooden fence and tell him you'll go half on that. When he balks accuse him of being a peasant and shit on his lawn.

LOL, different thread.

But since you asked: Cornbread is doing fine. The other day he told me he is looking for a girl with an azz so fine he could throw rocks at it....whatever that means. He recently purchased a 4wheeler and rides it up and down the street (I live in the city). Also he is black......wait a minute I feel like I recently read something about minorities driving unregistered bikes and ATVs on city streets..

It's a disturbing story. Basically it all started by asking the neighbor and his son not to stand out in the yard and argue loudly. They always seemed to do this at a spot right in front of our living room where the sound carried throughout our house.

Unknown to us, the son was heavily abusing meth and had an extensive criminal record including 3 assaults. After we asked him to keep it down, he started fixating on us, stalking, harassing and making us the center of his psycho "world is out to get me" victim mentality where he blames all of his problems on other people. As his drug abuse increased his behavior became more uncontrolled, bizarre and threatening. He was clearly out of his mind most of the time, but he wasn't a dumb guy and had quite a bit of experience intimidating and irritating people when he wasn't sleeping off his most recent meth binge. We spent every moment of the day wondering if he was about to have a complete break from reality. He'd throw screaming tantrums like a 2 year old (at age 45!), then take off and hide when the police would come looking for him.

Eventually he had to face charges for assaulting a 67 year old man, but in the time leading up to his trial he smoked meth pretty much non stop. He ended up skipping his trial and was picked up on a bench warrant - and that was the end of it. Sort of. We haven't had any trouble with him since, but he did come back and let himself into another neighbor's house and threaten to kill her daughter.

Not quite what I expected moving into quiet street of modest $500K-$800K homes...

Keep an eye out when he walks nearby to your lawn, try to time it like you're coming out to do something, and introduce yourself. Give the person an idea of how much you enjoy a ****-free lawn by describing how you take care of the lawn and the joy it brings. All this in a non-chalant fashion. If he fails this test, then just tell him to stop leaving **** on your lawn. If he keeps leaving **** on your lawn man law states you can spray his dog with water.
