Question Greetings - Question

Hello everyone, I didn't know where to post my two questions and figured local would be the easiest...

My Driver side HID bulb flickers on and off, I'm assuming its my Ballast? How would one go with replacing that? could I buy a 50$ HID kit and use that ballast?

Where should I buy BBS LM Reps from?

Mine did that several months ago, my mechanic changed the igniter and all was good.

Flickering can also be the lamp. Trade lamps side for side and see if the problem follows the lamp or stays with the ballast/ignitor.

When did you last replace the bulbs? If you've got pink eye in the live bulb, it's probably the bulbs that need replacing. You can either get the OE Philips 85122 or upgrade to the Osram Xenarc 66420 CBI which are brighter.

Greetings - Question

I have exactly the same issue in my passenger side low beam. Since the ballast runs about $350 from the dealer (employee pricing) I'm looking to do anything but replace that haha.

If you have a bad ballast and don't want to blow over $300 on a new one then look into morimoto 3Five.
I love those ballasts. is offline   Reply With Quote
