Violent shakes in low rev range? And will not start sometimes

For some reason this happened to me. I was in 3rd gear and had my foot on the gas. they were worse in person. Also, sometimes in the morning or when it's cold my car will not turn over. What is the reason for this? If I leve the ignition on, I think I can hear the fuel pump or something. I can upload a video of it. The only way to get it started is to wait or push it down the drive way and pop the clutch

it was fine in the high rev ranges but after this, it began to misfire and all that nonsense. I didn't want to risk restarting the car because who would know if it would restart but when I got home and I did restart it, it felt fine but the idle was lumpy

WHy continue trying to drive and load up the car when there is an obvious issue glaring you in the face such as the SES?

It's probably bad coils.. Ge the code scanned.

I could not control what was happening lol. I was going up a hill at one point and I had to give it gas. that was on the ride home and yes I know the SES light is because there are no cats. I had this issue before with the coil packs before but it just went away.
