Unfortunately the mechanic guy postponed second time my swap. So it seems we can start only around beginning of february.

Meanwhile more parts will arrive.

This week I ordered the front and rear brakes:
Front: Brembo 6pot & 370x34mm drilled discs
Rear: Brembo 4pot & 356x32mm drilled discs
They will arrive within 2 weeks... Can't wait to get them!

Carbon cold air intake arrived this week (this is only the housing):

Front Brembo 6pot calipers arrived yesterday.
I was so excited, tried with 356mm disc...
Calipers are still dirty but when the rear calipers will arrive they will be refurbished together. Rear 4pot Brembos are also ordered, just have to got them from Germany.

This thing is big!

Thanks!
The S62 swap will start after we finished the Touring. First we have to take out every necessary parts from the Coupe. The S62 swap will be a bit more interesting I think...

The rear calipers also arrived, and all calipers were cleaned.

Fronts:

Rears:

The calipers are at the paintshop, they will got their new colour. Will be ready next week. Brake discs ordered.

The touring chassis surprised me, because we found a lot of rust inside! It seems first we have to clean out and repair the whole chassis, only after that can we start to put in the engine end everything else...

Those brakes are massive! Will they go on your touring or M3? I'm sorry to hear you're having rust issues, what a pain in the ass.

I want to use them on the touring, but possibly I can't wait until it will be ready, so for test I will put them on M3.
I ordered 380mm front and 356mm rear discs.

That's right. We are going to change both cars to LHD. For my luck, easy to find in Hungary complete "RHD to LHD" sets.
