Phobia of some sort?

Sometimes when I close my eyes, images of something black that is odly shaped clumped together gives me the creeps. Or something with lots and lots of holes (like a paper with a lot of punched holes) gives me the creeps too. Like a phobia or something.

Sometimes when I've been reading a book or anything where it takes my focus for a few hours and I look elsewhere to rest my eyes for a bit, my room seems to stretch out and it scares the fuq outta me. My heart starts pounding and I gotta close my eyesn, but then these odly shaped figures with just plain dark (like blood red, black, midnight blue, like a REALLY dark tone of a color) color appear and it scares me.

I don't get scared easily outside of these things I mentioned. It's just these things that BUG me to death.

This is a health and fitness forum, not a psychiatric ward. Go to a doctor if what you said is true, or just lay off the acid.

Trypophobia. There's a thread on this, and I stay out of there.
