Got her welded in and painted. Went with a hammer-finish silver.

I think I saw you driving the other day while I was getting gas on Woodstock Blvd. Do you have a muffler delete or equivalent? Car sounded good.

Muffler delete. Thanks man. I'm debating on whether or not to delete the other resonators. I'm easy to spot, topaz blue with gun metal style 44's, dark tint, and a missing drivers side trunk light.

I thought it sounded good as is, personally. Noticeable, but nothing too crazy.

Yeah its not bad. I've always like the "raw" sound of exhaust. Its a screamer at redline. Lol.

Stock Sport suspension for now. Ksport coilovers are in my near future though, in addition to AKG solid RTABs and custom fabbed upper and lower rear control arms.

Nice. The 18's make a hell of a difference, as do the spacers. I gotta do something about my suspension. The rear wheel gap is way less than the front, even with an empty trunk.

Looks like you've done some nice work on this car and the truck before. Looking forward to seeing your progress. Maybe I'll share some pics of my non-bmw project on here some day.

I would recommend an S13, having owned one

While I am not new to drifting, it has been a while since I have actually gone to a drift event, especially in the northwest. Pat's Acres in Oregon is really popular I have heard. Overall the drift scene in Portland is pretty soft, though, compared to northern california.

Also, if anyone was curious about the rear strut bar, it is constructed out of 1.5" OD x 0.095" wall tube.

I will post up a review of the mods (bushings, welded diff, rear bar, stainless lines, etc.) after my drive back to Portland.

Happy New Year!

These will hopefully be going in next weekend. (AKG spherical RTABs)

PS - I am quite enjoying my welded diff, if you catch my drift.

Now this is art.

Hopefully going in Saturday.

Does anyone know if the lipped edge goes on the inside or the outside?
