Regarding the intercooler, have you considered putting in a puller fan behind it to see if it more effectively utilizes the surface area?

I did this on the front mounted heat exchanger for my TS SC setup, and while going over 30mph or so it doesn't do a whole lot, when I stop, the temperature drop immensely faster.

Just a thought

Viral, I sent an email out to all your bosses, they have not responded and they should not ignore their old customer that spent ALOT of money with them. Please relay this message to them and have them respond to my email or I will be publicly speaking about their business practices.
