E46 M50 Turbo 700HP+

Hello everybody

first of all, sorry if i started thread in wrong place.

i would like to share little bit about my Hybrid RHD to LHD, M52TU to M50 converted E46.

its been about 3 years that i already own this vehicle and managed to build many different setups on it.
everything started from turbocharging stock motor, stock ECU on MHI TD05-16G from EVO II.
it put down 270whp on 5psi boost or so, i even don't remember.

after i decided to try convert it to M50 + standalone and go for more power.
so i managed to put down 515whp on stock motor on MLS + ARPs only
i'm talking about pump gas and no E85, car had custom flywheel, 4 pad ceramic clutch disc and stock M52B28 pressure plate, and it held very fine.

car was running perfect but i decided to take it apart and take a look on internals how they look like after beating **** out of it. so far so good, everything looked nice and clean.

once it was apart i thought why not go for more, so here is video of my current build.

forgot to say that all testings were done on Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno which shows far less than Dynojet and even less than Mustang dyno.

funniest thing is that car still runs same clutch setup and it holds nothing, even on dyno pull you will hear and see when it slipps crazy.

3 disc setup is on the way already so more power coming soon ..._a_

Wow, that may be one of the best produced "amateur" build videos I've ever seen. Nice work.

Tbilisi Georgia? I remember that Level From the first Splinter cell game.

Are you still using the stock drive train? What instrument cluster are you using?

yeah?^ there completely different sizes IIRC the e36 is wider and short, and the e46 is narrower and taller. I tried putting a 95 m3 cluster in my car didnt fit, and we tried putting my cluster into the 95... didnt fit
