Speed/abs sensor difference between xi and rwd

Hey i was wondering if there's a difference between the speed/abs sensor between the xi's and rwd. There's quite the price difference. the sensors intermittent and itll be nice to have abs during the winter...going to try cleaning if first before dumping money. Thanks for the info guys.

I know this isn't a direct answer, but the RWD front hubs have an external tone ring, whereas the AWD front wheel bearings have an enclosed tone ring within the bearing itself - saw this last night while I was maxing out my 20 ton press to get the old bearing from the knuckle.
