Thanks Secret Santa for the chalk, foam roller and wrist straps. It's funny, the simplest things are often the most meaningful. I've been slacking on buying a foam roller FOREVER!

Got my Secret Santa package last night. Opened it up and was VERY pleased to find a Captains of Crush 1.5 gripper and a keychain that looks like a little weight belt. Awesome gift - thank you!Click image for larger version

I can come close - less than a centimeter away.

My most pressing issue is that I lack grip stamina. That's not to say that I am a "captain of crush," but being able to maintain grip strength longer would help me in my workouts rather than more raw strength.

Either way, this gift is awesome and after reading through the threads is - no joke - exactly what I wanted.

^ glad you liked it. Don't be surprised if it gets any worse. I was able to rep the trainer 8-10 times when I first got mine, but after a couple of days, I can do less than 6. It should get better, but I am like a kid and can't help myself but constantly squeeze the thing. I should let it rest more.

Same issue here, I need stamina, by the time I get to any other pulling exercises on back day after DLs, my grip is shot.

My gripper should get here tomorrow.

Seriously good gifts man

I actually didn't do it much yesterday. My hands are pretty torn up so I'm letting them heal up a bit and taking that time to determine how I want to use this.

I've read up on some training programs for them, but honestly, I think I'm just going to pick an arbitrary number and do that every day or every other day.

Glad you like it, it's like eating cookies, except it's all protein and no carbs.

Yeah I'll take a picture of it. Reminds me of a company I've done some work with, Lenny & Larry's complete protein cookie.
