compression test and water temp question

Just had an AA GEN 6 stage 1 SC install done on my S54. Car has a little less than 60k miles.

Compression and leak down test prior to install was;
Compression Test Leak Down Test
Cyc#1- 189 Cyc#1- 5%
Cyc#2- 192 Cyc#2- 7%
Cyc#3- 185 Cyc#3- 10%
Cyc#4- 190 Cyc#4- 7%
Cyc#5- 190 Cyc#5- 6%
Cyc#6- 200 Cyc#6 10%

my water temp guage begins to raise slightly (but never into the red) past half (in between half and the 3/4 mark). This only happens when im into RPM, not at idle. I did notice my coolant was low and added three botttles of Redline water wetter. Issue is better but still persists. Also bleed the coolant and it seems fine.

from the search function ive read that;
- do not buy a motorsport thermostat for a DD
- possibly buy an AA sport fan clutch

engine oil temp is fine, never reaching half mark.

any thoughts?
