Active Autowerke stage 1 w/ headers questions

so im thinking of purchasing a 330i nearby with a stage 1 AA supercharger and AA sport headers.

my main question was will it pass emissions in CT.

originally i figured no cause of the headers, but i asked anyway and he says it will because of "stage 2" software causing no cel.

The guy's in NY i dont know the laws there i would think they are more strict.

obviously it will fail visual inspection, but there are ways around that not too worried

but the obdII check will show a problem right? or has AA found a work around? worst case i suppose i can put cats on from my crashed 330xi but would i have to tune it back for the cats or what?

If you are running Catless Headers you are not going to pass emissions unless you have High Flow Cats. I will send you a PM of a project we are working on and think this might out for you if you are interested.
