Just picked up a couple 45s for my gym. Aggravating how expensive bumper plates are selling for now... I blame crossfit!

Have you lifted in those nike frees? If so, how do they compare to your other shoes

With you getting into oly, shrugs should have a decent pace, big shrug and a slight extension. Not enough to knock your balance off, but enough to make it effecting for any oly movement. Use a standard clean grip and strengthen it.

I thought it would be hard at first but I like it for all my clean singles and learning the snatch.

I'm not sure of any watches, but maybe some smartphone apps. Don't know if that helps.

^^^ They're pretty cool if you walk/run around a lot. I basically walk and deadlift all day for my job. So I sometimes use one to see how far in a 10hr shift I'm actually walking.

My girlfriend has had her Nike fuelband for about a week. She was super excited about it when it came in... Told me last night she's returning it. The novelty of having one wears off real quick. Did you get a gift receipt? If I were you, I'd exchange that flex for the force... At least that one has a watch on it lol.

Actually wanted the force, but everywhere I went last week was sold out. No gift receipt, but most places will give store credit. I'd prefer a band that is also a hr monitor, but they're either too expensive or too bulky/ugly.

Though if I could get credit at somewhere like a best buy I'd trade it in for a tablet
