Mtech 2 replica front bumper question

Hi there, Im in the market for a new bumper. The bumper I want to get is the replica Mtech 2 front bumper. I have a 2004 facelift coupe and have done a lot of googling in regards to what other things I would need to get with the bumper to make it complete. For example I know that sponsors sell the bumpers and it comes with fog lights, lower mesh grill, and the bumper itself. However Ive also read that I would need brackets, air ducts, and liners. Other posts contradict that and say those aren't needed, so that leaves me a little lost. So my questions are:

What pieces do I have with my stock bumper can be reused with the new mtech front(e.g. fender liners, brackets, screws, and such) ?

If none then what other pieces do I need to purchase to have a "complete" mtech 2 front so that everything is as OEM as possible(other than the bumper lol)?

What happens if I don't have pieces like the (new?) fender liner and air ducts?

Lastly, where is the best place to buy a front bumper in terms of pricing and service?

Im looking to get opinions from sponsors and from fanatics alike, thanks in advance!!

I go through Umnitza, but I am located in norcal. I believe modbargains is closer to you so you can avoid shipping costs. You technically do not need the air ducts but it will make your front end look cleaner up close. The thread below has come good comparison pics of with and without the air ducts if you scroll down.

You will also need the following brackets if it does not come with your mtech2 bumper.

Front left bumper bracket (51117895415)
Front right bumper bracket (51117895416)
