Search for the hidden obc menu on here. Figure out your coolant temp. Should be in the 90's. Also buy a code reader like pa soft. Your thermostat is likely bad.

Yeah thermostat is probably bad. Do you get a coolant light? Does your heater work intermittently?

With a stuck open thermostat, heater will work fine but it will take a while to warm up and the coolant light will not come on unless something else is bad. (With the car being as old as it is, there is a real possibility that the rest of the cooling system is bad anyway.)

True, but when my thermostat was jammed open, my heater worked at a sub par level

For what reason did you change your radiator? It's a good thing but I ask because I'm wondering if you had other issues. The entire cooling system should actually be replaced. Considering that you need a new thermostat, it may be a good time to do everything.

It's actually called the cooling system. And the main thing that will help you is thermostat replacement but the entire system is likely at the end of its lifespan and so if you can afford it, go for a full replacement to ensure that don't have problems anytime soon.
