Maybe if the software were raised to 8300-8400 rpm then the 4.10's would be great.

On Naturally Aspirated Vehicles 4.10 Diff gearing helps pick up on the acceleration but takes away from your top speed. For F/I application going with a 3.91 for a upgraded Diff will balance the best worlds but for the most part 1st gear is pretty useless when launching the vehicle

1gear with 410 gears with smg

Wanted to tell you when I go on the highway with my car starting in 1 gear I go thru 1
Gear in a few seconds it is very fast and I have a Aa SC that is a smg
I have a 7900 red line ......
But I have to tell you I love the gears and my set up but rember once u
Start to go over the 500 rhp you will have traction problems specially
Once you go over the 600 rhp it will be very bad traction with 410 gears
Bob

Hey Bob,

Glad to see your post I completely agree both the Diff & S/C Kit help get to redline very quickly. But with a 4.10 Diff be prepared to smoke some tires.

Michelin Pilot Sports are great street tires 400+ Wheel Horsepower will help break traction of most street tires. More weight in the car will help with traction so it's not always a bad thing.

You just need to step on the throttle more and empty out the gas tank
