To get lean and muscular sprinting can't be beat. Find a hill, sprint up it, walk down, repeat. If you can bring a buddy do it bcuz it's hard to subject yourself to this type of punishment alone...

No cutting necessary

keep it up man. It's all you need. Go heavy and intense. Eat good and do some cardio and you're good to go.

Thanks. I'm about 25 lbs heavier right now. That was last summer. Hopefully I can get that lean again.

^^ No current pics of myself. Trust me, I'm no where close to that picture... I was 6% bf in that picture. Now I'm at around 10-12%. And almost all of the weight I've gained is in my glutes, hammies, and back bcuz I've been deadlifting like crazy for the past 10 months.

Once weather gets decent and the ground dries up I'll start hiking, running stairs and nature trail cardio. I haven't dialed in my diet exactly but I've basically remove all crap foods and have switched to chicken breasts (about 3 pounds a day) 3 days a week, tenderloin 2+ days a week and some fish in there. Not 100% perfect, but keeping it clean and should probably be around 8% with decent Abs again by early may.

I've also thrown core work in twice a week and hitting the treadmill at 2.5mph full incline for about 20 minutes 2-3 times a week. No drastic changes, but enough small things.

Take 20mg of yohimbine 45 min before your cardio. Fasted. You'll get there sooner.
