My Ride: BMW 318i
Sound cuts out randomly on one speaker

hey guys, so I did my first car audio upgrade so bear with me with some of the technical stuff. Firstly my car has the Euro spec audio system meaning 6 speakers in total, 2 tweeters, 2 front midbass and 2 rear midbass and also has one of the dynavin clones. After having the car for about a month I noticed that the right hand side would occasionally cut out and and come back so I thought maybe the speaker was blown and decided to upgrade.

I got an Alpine MRP-F600 amp off my mate for cheap and got some new Alpine SPR-60C components for the front. So the install for the amp went quite well and am pretty proud of my effort for my first time. I then got the speakers in and the sound was coming out clearly out of the all the speakers.

But trouble again everytime I start the car the right hand front door woofer plays no sound and I found a temporary remedy, I have to move the balance all the way to the right and push the volume up a bit and then it comes back. This will work fine for a while then randomly it'll cut out again and repeating my process gets it back.

Does anyone have ideas as to why this would be happening?
