Open to suggestions

Hey guys, the first pic was about a year ago, I weighed 198 pounds, about 30 days ago, I changed my diet and kept my workout routine, I've lost 11 pounds in those 30 days. I basically stopped eating rice, bread and potatoes, I've been cutting carbs a lot. Every meal pretty much has protein and veggies and have just worked on portion control as well. My overall goal is just to be fit, I don't want to look like a cloud, I want to be lean, and try to get my body fat down, I guess right now I'm "cutting".

So, do I continue "cutting" until I've lost more body fat and eventually reverse to a more bulking state to gain more muscle?

I'm doing the BBB workout (bigger beyond belief) which I found on here, it's basically a muscle confusion routine. Over the past 4 months I've definitely gained strength, as I'm lifting more, it wasn't until I changed my diet that I starting losing weight.

First pic is from a year ago around 198 pounds other pic is now.
