That's kind of what I go by. I know I could be better off but I'd hate eating and never enjoy it. I eat well but I definitely cheat. I never feel restricted or stressed out about my meals.

I think next time I'm eating 3500 calories I'll either eat breakfast or add a meal at 10 pm... 1750 calories per meal from solid food is pretty difficult
