Metro DC/NoVa Bumper Painting

As the title states, I need to have the front bumper on my '01 330Ci repainted as I scraped a cement piling in my garage . Can anyone suggest a shop in NoVa or the DC Metro area?

Shop

Spectrum in S. Arlington fixed my e36. J and F Motors is next door. They are an indie shop. See what they say about Spectrum.

I can suggest several. It depends on where you live and how far you are willing to drive and how much you are willing to pay.

Spectrum is great, excellent work. I'd also recommend Arlington Collision Center (I think that's their name) down the street. Pohanka (also on Four Mile Run) is also a good bet.

American Service Center (now MB of Arlington) has a really good body shop, but they're pricey.

Moving further down south, Koons Ford in Falls Church has a great body shop, reasonably priced, Jack's Auto Body is good, also in Falls Church. Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body does good work, and they're pretty reasonable on prices as well.

Stay away from First Choice down in Alexandria.

I appreciate all the recs. I'll check them all out. I've been using J&F for 25 years. I'll see what they say.
Many thanks to all.

I ended up have the bumper and the grill within the bumper repairs and resprayed by Spectrum on 4 Mike Run in Shirlington (next to J&F Motors). Price was a bit steep - $800 - but the whole thing looks brand new.

Spectrum is pricey, but they do great work. Is Mark still there? Is the hot eastern european blonde chick still at the front counter?
