Now i feel the pull on 2nd and 3rd gear.
Pretty much im making near 25 whp.
Next run will be nitrous .028 nitrous .015 fuel.
That will put me in the 30s

On your next run, use a .016 fuel jet instead of a .015; I'd like to see it slightly richer than 12.3 AFR.

Ok bottle filled up. I did skip the 35 shot and went 40 shot. Used .030 nitrous .017 fuel.
3 runs A/F r was 12:4.
Now i feel a good pull. Road was a little wet lots of wheel spinning. I have schedule a dyno run for next saturday. We will do 3 runs
First run no nitrous
Second run .030 nitrous .017 fuel
Last run .032 nitrous .019 fuel

That will be my goel 50 shot.
Will post the results next saturday.

That's good, a few thoughts.

Try to get your AFR in the 11's, anything between 11.5 & 11.9 would be good. It's simply safer for your motor this way. When you go in for your Dyno next week make sure you bring Extra fuel jets in case you need to richen it up. Between runs, try to let your bottle heater "Recover", meaning let it get your bottles PSI back to whatever your starting point (950) is. This of course will give you more accurate & consistent tuning information. Also, no matter how much nitrous you think you have left in your bottle, get it refilled Before your Dyno session, it would be a waste of money if you were to run out of nitrous right in the middle of Dyno testing.

Enjoy,
Rob43

Just went for 3 more runs. A/F rate drop to 11:9 than goes up to 12:3

Actually for my luck at the dyno place they sell nitrous. I get the pressure recovery.
Again i will call this project accomplished. Now comes the fun part.

BMW 323i nitrous FINALLY!!!

What nice about ur hp numbers is that it's square across the whole rpm range. Meaning the torque is equal and instant. That's what makes u feel the difference. Lots of mods increase hp at peak but not many do torque and that's where the fun is

Everything seems pretty perfect there, those numbers are what I'd consider to be good based on the factors you've given us. The thing to do now would be Check Your PLUGS. Bring the appropriate tools and a camera (take several GOOD pics) with you on your next run, make a full nitrous pull & shut the motor off Without dropping your RPM back down. Bring a big piece of paper that you will mark with a Sharpe, number the paper 1-6 so you can lay each plug on the corresponding number to know what cylinder it came from. This is very important. Now you'll have several great pics per spark plug & you'll know what cylinder each one came from. Reading your plugs will let you know if you really need to "Tweak" something, like adding a larger or smaller fuel jet.

It's looking good,
Rob43

Consider working out a deal with the dyno shop beforehand for the possibility of more than the standard 3 pulls. You might need/want 4, 5, or 6 total pulls, see if they'll charge you some small amount per pull after the first 3 dyno's. This way you'll be able to maximize your dyno time & tune it to whatever HP rating you want, while knowing you have a set price for the extra pulls you do.

Bring all your jets with you, hopefully the dyno shop also has any needed jets for sale if you need them.
