Any reputable custom muffler shop in the twin cities (MN)?

I went to 3 muffler shops in the St. Paul area and told them I wanted to them to custom make a quad tips, as in 2 additional tips exiting from the right side of my ZHP. I show them I want this exact setup (thanks to whoever is the owner of this pic from the internet):

What surprised me is that all 3 refused to do it, citing safety hazards due to the battery tray and the vent box in that area. One shop manager even go as far as telling me he won't do it because it's not quality work if he does do it and it will fall off, and that I should go buy one with quad tips from the factory. I asked him who determines quality, you or the customer? He said he does and went on to say "I've been doing this for 30+ years and I know what quality work is and if I do it, it won't be quality." I was almost inclined to start a nice conversation with him but decided to hold back.

So, in summary, I went to 3 different muffler shops who does custom work and all 3 declined to do the quad exhaust tips. Any body knows any "real" custom muffler shops in the twin cities area that will do it?
