(Edit: ah, I see, those are OE but not genuine BMW -- ECS has the BMW ones for $80 each: http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E46-M3-...h/63128382191/)
Still, that's $70 out the door, plus shipping and tax, then you'd still need to add film.

I've got a set from ECS on my car right now. They are authentic Bosch ones. You won't sell at that price dude.

Then I'll either hold onto them as spares or they'll end up in the garbage.
No worries.

If you don't hold on to them, swallow your bride and drop the price. Why would you toss them.

The whole world would be a better place if people could just admit they made a mistake. Pride and ego get in the way. Silliness.

$30 for lamin-x film pre-cut for the headlights. So 110 bucks for BRAND NEW headlights w/ film.

There's no pride involved.
Below a certain price, they are not worth my effort to go down to the post office, but I also don't like being wasteful.
Further, my price was set based on the cost of genuine BMW lenses from a discounted genuine BMW parts supplier.
Yes, Bosch is one of the OEs for BMW lenses and yes ECS has a great deal on those.
If you want those, you can buy from ECS.

Mine are not pre-cut FWIW.
Most pre-cut kits are lousy because the lines are visible on the edges of the faces of the lens.
Yes, I'm picky about this stuff.

Just FYI...a brand new, unused and unopened part loses at least 25% of its value. If you want full value back, then return it. But you may have to pay restocking fees and return shipping. Why would someone pay full price here or even close if YOU, the seller, has no other alternative. You could use them but why even list them at prices higher than OE or OEM. The E46 is 2 generations old, very few are going to value an OE headlight lens much higher than the other OEM alternatives.

But from time to time, you'll find a sucker to pay more.

Just a thought...or you could keep these as spares.

This is simply not true, and I don't know where you got that info from. However, I won't rain on your parade.. I was just trying to help you make some money rather than let them sit here for months on end..
If it's not cut, it means that the edges are likely not even. I'd much rather have something made to fit the lens, which doesn't show by the way.

I have seen many pre-cut kits and the lines are usually visible.
The edges are even.
I don't have monkeys do work on my cars.

I'll admit you're right, we shouldn't have muddled your for sale thread up. Good luck with the sale, hopefully someone who doesn't know better comes along.

When a for sale posting has been TTT'd 176 times without a positive response there is some information value in that.

Yes, to bigjae1976's point, this car is old and the people who own it these days are not concerned with OE vs OEM.
That's fair. I have successfully sold hundreds upon hundreds of items off of my cars and many people can attest to the quality of the stuff I sell.
