I concur. I have an '04 ZHP with an ESS TS2, and will prophylactically replace my stock radiator and expansion tank in about a year (at 120K miles). I'll put in the best option I can afford--either OE or Zionsville. That is, unless you come up with an option superior to both...

I vote for the non-M aluminum radiator and expansion tank! We all know they're prone to fail.

Add me to the list for a non-m Aluminum Radiator. I bought a Mizu one last year and it never fit so I gave up. I need a radiator replacement soon!

In the market for a new radiator and I'm still surprised there are no all aluminum options out there!

I'm sure we could sell a whole bunch out here on the Island.

Mishimoto has already acknowledged many people saying they want a non-m aluminum radiator. They know people want it. Whether they will build one or not who knows.

Will this new radiator work on SMG e46 m3s? In the past, I knoticed that aftermarket vendors would specify "manual 6pd" only.

Another order from a Non-M Supercharged E46 330Ci ZHP in Atlanta. Let me know when your company has what we need.
BTW, I keep up with M3's at SCCA PDX's at Road Atlanta.

Poor Mishi.
Spent all that time and money on R&D for the wrong car. There has to be at least 10 Non-M per M owner out there that wants to have an upgraded cooling system. I'm not sure why people are advocating KEEPING the expansion tank. If Mishi is going to make a custom radiator, they need to have an electric fan built on it and an expansion tank delete. I'd pay $1000 for that all day long.
