Need help! Broken rear Tein spring

Hello all, I'm fairly new to this site and recently purchased a 04' e46 m3
Thought you guys would be ably to help me with an issue I'm having.

The car I purchased has a set of Tein ss coilovers on it. Great right? Nope
After stopping at a stop sign going maybe 10mph I went over a small bump in the road and I heard a loud POP sound. Thought it was my diff or something in the rear. Quickly realized that the drivers side rear was sitting on the floor.

Long story short the rear spring snapped right at the transition where it flattens out towards the bottom of the spring. (See pictures)

I contacted Tein and after multiple days back and forth and arguing that this is a factory defect. They said that the coil over kit for the E46 m3 is no longer in production and the only thing they can do is have the factory in japan remake one for me. It will cost $230.00 for the one spring and $100 for the perch (which was damaged when the spring broke). Worst part is that it would take 2-3 months.

Any suggestions on options for getting this fixed or finding a different set of rear springs that I can use? Not really worried about the perch, as I can easily fix the perch with a flat piece of stainless steel cut in a donut shape. Like a big washer sitting on the damaged perch. I looked into the H&R spring set that allows rear adjustment, use just the rear setup and either keep or sell the front springs. Just don't know how that will work with the rest of the Tein setup.

Anyone have a spare rear Tein spring they want to sell?

Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

I would just replace all 4 with another brand for the price on what they are asking for.

Tire Rack has the Eibach Pro-Kit for $273.
or H&R Sports for $234.

bimmerboi19,
Do you still want to sell the springs and perches?
Please let me know what you would like to do, I really need to get it fixed asap.

Car drives like crap with a single e36 spring in it.

I tried private messaging you, but your box is full.

Thanks
