Unhappy E46 m3 weird creaking noise from rear after passenger rear bearing replacment

I had my passenger wheel bearing replace with an OEM *** bearing, after installation of the bearing (at a "mom and pop shop") I notice that when I drive, I hear a "whistling noise", then when I lift off the accelerator pedal and I am coasting, I hear like sounds reminiscent of "bed spring creaks" like a "creaking sound you get from an old mattress", and upon slowing down with the break the sound "pulsates" like if the abs is engaging and as it engages the sound pulsates. I had the differential hanger bearing replaced, and some tierod bushings, and an alignment and I still hear the noise.....
