That said I like the Lamborghini

You're right. But Ferarri and Lambo do things different obviously.

I still would choose the G over any Ferarri.

Just a tad grumpy, don't like people bad talking my future car. ha!

Both suck though, I'll take a Porsche gt2rs over the 458 or gallardo any day. Scary f'in car but damn is that thing fast (and somewhat more reliable)

Honestly you're better off leasing an exotic (cheaper than making payments and selling after a short period, and has warranty) I wouldn't even buy a used gallardo with someone else's money, because it'll make a BMW look like a Toyota in reliability. If its e-gear have fun paying for a clutch/service. Which you will do often if you drive in traffic, you can smell burned clutch on some days. Get a 6 speed if you can.

But, anyway... Heffner, has been in the game for awhile.. but nobody does it better than UGR. There is actually a **** storm brewing over a bunch of forums right now because some guy took his G to another tuner in Dallas. (I don't want to give their name, if you want to know, google it) and he claimed they ruined his car. BUT, turned out he was in the wrong also.. long story.

It's just one of those things where UGR is the best and has the most boosted Lambos on the road so i see no other choice for when I do get my G.

If i had an M3 is would only go to ESS, etc.. you get it.

Was is Hennessy, I know they're out of Texas.

Both are for tossers, and Dan Blizerian.

first gen NSX FTW. Supercharge it if you get bored. Still will be many times more reliable/less costly than the italians.

Would never own a porsche. All of them look the same. And no room in the motor to do anything yourself. Besides that, their price tags are ridiculous.

I'll end up buying a pre-owned G. My buddy sells them so if I wanted i could possibly lease one for a short term, or just buy it cash. But the G is my dream car and is the only car i'll ever keep over 6 years. If my buddy falls through, I can always buy one at the auction for less also. Lots of Lambo dealers send their extra inventory there. As for for reliability, I've spoken to several owners, and it's pretty well known the G is the most daily driven exotic. I'll probably end up buying a G for about 100k, and sending it to UGR for a stage 1 upgrade, 800whp is fine for me.

I have full confidence in it. Basic maintenance is easy. As for the clutch, when it's done I'll replace it with a kevlar clutch. (Ask your buddy if he's heard about it) I read they last twice as long if not more than the OE clutch.

I mean everyone's an expert, I know people who own these. You'll regret it, that is if you can really afford one.

Besides the Porsche isn't overpriced. You're actually paying for quality, not a name.

if you want one, can afford it, then maintenance will not be an issue for you. Its like saying im cheap on gas but drive a v8. Not like a 20yo spending all his $ on a last gen m3 like i see on socal

Regardless of whatever points you make, everyone has that one car they want to own. Some obtainable, some are not. I'm able to, right now. But I'm going to pull the trigger in a few more years after i own a couple of cars that I feel are magnificent. After i get my G, it's pretty much over, I won't buy anything else. I'll have that as well as a DD. I look at each car for what it is, and as a stepping stone. Nothing more, nothing less.

Porsche is nice, but you've got to be kidding if you think i'm dropping 150k on a turbo, that looks like every other porsche on the road.

You ever heard that quote, it goes something like Lions are not concerned with the opinions of sheep? That's how I feel about anyone who owns a 1 series.

Why so angry? Because you can't afford one, nor probably ever be able to?

Reality sucks for people like you.

nope.

I would tell you the name, but i don't feel like throwing gas on a fire that is on it's way out. It turns out the owner of the G was tweaking his car away from the shop...

And from what I've read, this company has done quite a few builds, and are known amongst car people in TX. (Although this was only their 1st or 2nd G)
